The Principal in Tilburg is among the world market leaders in specialized design, engineering and manufacturing of moulds for the production of chocolate products by our global clients.
After your boarding and introduction period, you will manage and cover the sales in the assigned international territory, being directly accountable for the results. You will build long term relationships with key accounts, expand the customer's portfolio and develop the business within your regions. They estimate you will be travelling approximately 30% of your time.
Job Requirements:
On a daily basis, we expect you to:
- Build relationships with existing customers and agents
- Acquire potential customers in specific territories
- Develop new sales channels
- Generate leads and bring out quotations and offerings to our clients
- Provide industry, competition and market analysis
- Develop and attend marketing initiatives (Trade Shows, Campaigns)
What they want you to bring to the table:
- First of all; a winners mentality both individual and team wise
- An educational background in sales, bachelor level required
- Affinity with technical products
- 5-10 years’ experience with B2B market in an industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large and complex accounts and build long term relationships
- Strong communicational and problem solving skills combined with a customer-service oriented mindset
- You are fluent in both English and Dutch, other languages would be a nice extra
- You have a high degree of self-motivation
- You live within a 30km radius from Tilburg
